Dictionary Meaning: the solid part of the earth's surface, solid ground; dry land, solid earth (as opposed to water and air).
Aesop's terra firma contains water and air too. There can't be any earth without water and air.
This is where we live, this is where we all belong.

There is only one place for us - terra firma. There's no heaven, there's no hell.
This is where we dream, this is where we die and when we are dead; we go back here into the firm grounds - terra firma.
